OK so I am trying out this blog thing. Our life is so boring now though and I am kind of embarrassed that I am setting one of these up. I am sorry if I bore you all to death. We are now living in Spokane, Washington and life here is QUITE different from San Francisco or even Utah. Spokane is quite the small/older town. I had to learn that Trees are beautiful, where I am used to looking at the ocean every day and hearing the waves crash thru my window at nights. Now I can open my window at night and here the lovely trains passing by.
Another significant life change is that Ben is now attending Law School at Gonzaga University. Congrats to him!! He spends most of his day going to class and reading afterwards for hours upon hours. It is truly amazing how much time he is putting in each and every day. Here is an example of his day: Gets up around 7:00 am to help me out with our puppy and quickly refresh on his previous day's reading, then heads to class for anywhere from 2-4 hours, comes home to take the puppy out for a potty break, and then he starts his reading for his next day of classes. His reading usually takes the rest of the night with a few breaks here and then because I need my attention. The rule of thumb for his reading is 2-3 hours per hour in the classroom. Craziness, but he is very dedicated and I am very proud of him
Let's see.... what else is new. Oh yeah! We got a puppy a few month ago. I had been begging for years to get a puppy and then Ben finally gave in. His name is Odie and he is puggle. He is the cutest thing ever. He has the cutest face and I will post pictures soon. He has quite the personality too. He loves to chew and I mean CHEW. He has a bone that he chews all day every day and it is almost gone. It is not one of those disposable/edible ones either. He love to chew it on my lap which is really adorable. He LOVES to lick Ben. I think it is really funny because he doesn't really lick me at all or I don't allow it. He will lick Ben until his tongue goes dry.
Well, if I haven't bored you to death and you are still reading..... CONGRATS! I will try to get some pictures on here as soon as possible.

Nat...I'm SO proud of you for starting a blog!! You're going to get addicted now....Just you wait!! I can't wait to see pictures of your puppy!! Hey, I was just thinking....I just read the best books a few weeks ago. (The Twilight series....) Read them, if you haven't, but those are set in Washington, too!! You could read those, while Ben is reading his stuff!! You might think they sound dumb, but TRUST ME, they are so good. Well, I hope you update this everyday, so I can snoop at what you guys are doing!! I can't wait to see some pictures.... Say hi to Ben!! And by the way, no....we can't see the editing tools! =)
OK Nat....No update today?? I've been waiting all DAY!! ha ha Get with it!! I'm dying to see some pictures!! We've got to be at the football field tomorrow at 7:15, and then Matthew has TWO baseball games up at Foothill, in SL. I am going to be one tired and cranky mama. ha ha Love you!!
