OK. So I promised a few pictures from Christmas. Sorry that it took me until the end of January, but at least I did it. This first picture is probably the funniest picture I have ever seen. Here is the background: My little nephew Jaxon got a life size Dora the Explorer doll for Christmas. He loves Dora and he even got a personal video that has him as one of the characters. Well, his little brother Bo is about the same size as the life size Dora doll. All of my nephews love to dress up, but it is usually in sports outfits. Bo decided to put this outfit on during the holidays. We were so lucky to be there to take a picture of the event. To top things off he added his older brother's Napoleon Dynamite wig from Halloween. I think it just makes the outfit that much better.
Here is another picture of Ben holding my cute little niece, Bella. She loves to be held and is such a cute little girl. How sweet is this?
Here is another picture that is one of our favorites. We got together with Ben's friends and their wives for a little Christmas party. One of their friends couldn't be there due to him serving a tour in Iraq with the Army. Chris' wife Deidra was able to have Chris call while we were all there so that the boys could talk to their good friend. It was really nice to be able to hear his voice and it was pretty funny to see these grown men hovering over the phone while it was on speaker. We were really grateful for the opportunity to be able to talk to him and hear from him that all is well with him in Iraq.

Anyway, I loved the Dora picture! My little nephew loved Dora too and insisted on wearing his friend's Dora panties. That was a no go from mommy!
It's funny how motivating it is to know that someone is actually reading our blog. . .oh the pressure! ;) And I actually forgot about the after pictures of the house so thanks for the reminder, it will give me something to post next week!
I am excited for the movie Wednesday! Yipee for girls night!!

You're so funny. Poor Bo....He won't put the Dora outfit on anymore. ha ha Bella was wearing that silly wig tonight while she was playing with her Dora basketball though, while we had company. I was so proud. I love the picture of her and Ben!! I miss you.... I can't wait to talk to you again. I hope you guys are having fun. Love you!!

One of my favorite activities? Dressing up my nieces and nephews. I am glad we both share that indulgence.
